A utility client is seeking a Financial Grants Analyst to join their team. This person will conduct meticulous reviews of adherence to the terms and conditions set forth by the awarding agency. Collaborating with the Grant Management Office Program Manager, this Analyst will establish detailed protocols for the development of compliance plans, ensuring they are integrated into the grant implementation process. Regular monthly compliance reviews are conducted to maintain continuous oversight. 60% of this role will be dedicated to administrative duties, compliance monitoring, and financial reporting. 20% of this role will be focused internal audits verifying adherence to company policies, as well as state and federal regulations. The remaining 20% is allocated to ad-hoc documentation and providing support to the department, highlighting the multifaceted nature of the role and its importance in upholding the integrity of grant-funded programs.
