Job summary

DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Senior ML Researcher to advance foundation-model style work for financial behavior data across payments, ride-hailing, and delivery domains.

You will design pre-training pipelines, build multi-domain sequences, run ablations, and deploy representations into risk-control applications, collaborating with product and engineering teams to scale models in production.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in CS, math, statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of DL R&D with full training pipeline experience.
• Proficiency in Transformer models (GPT/BERT/FT-Transformer/MoE).
• Hands-on with PyTorch and distributed multi-GPU/multi-node training.
• Strong experimental design and ability to run ablations.
• Solid engineering skills to iterate model code and training pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement pre-training pipeline for financial behavior models.
• Build unified sequence representations across payments, ride-hailing, etc.
• Create systematic ablation study framework to guide architecture decisions.
• Integrate representations into risk-control downstream scenarios and deployment.
