**Job Summary:**

DES is seeking a Financial Exploitation Investigations Supervisor to oversee investigations related to financial exploitation of vulnerable adults. The role involves supervising staff, reviewing financial records, and ensuring investigations meet statutory and departmental standards. The position may offer remote work options within Arizona based on department needs and performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Supervise staff handling financial exploitation investigations, providing guidance and direction.
  2. Review and prioritize investigation requests, analyze financial records, and document findings.
  3. Organize case information and ensure staff meet performance metrics.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):**

  • Knowledge of laws, investigation techniques, forensic accounting, and work management.
  • Skills in communication, data analysis, legal writing, and computer software.
  • Ability to write reports, prepare court documents, and maintain stakeholder relationships.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, auditing, or related field with 1 year experience, or 2 years’ relevant experience.
  • Experience as a supervisor or investigator in related roles.

**Pre-Employment Requirements:**

  • Valid driver’s license, background checks, fingerprint clearance, and E-Verify compliance.
