Job summary

Clearview is seeking a frontline teller to help members reach their financial goals with personalized service. You will educate members on products, recommend tailored solutions, and support accounts, loans, and digital tools while representing Clearview at community events.

Starting pay is $20 per hour, with schedules Monday–Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 9am–6pm, Saturday 9am–2pm. Clearview emphasizes diverse, supportive teams and ongoing training for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of customer service or financial experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of financial products; lending a plus.
• Empathy, integrity and growth mindset.
