Immediate start with 240 work days per year; supervision of staff may occur. Proficiency in Tyler ERP Pro and Excel is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• End-user training and documentation for finance software.
• Experience supporting enterprise financial systems and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data.
• Proficiency with Excel and related tools is essential.
• Understanding of budget, forecasting, and payroll processes would help.
• Experience with ERP upgrades, testing, and UAT is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day user support and training for the Financial ERP system.
• Manage user roles, security, and workflow configurations.
• Develop reports, queries, and outputs for decision making.
• Collaborate to improve business processes and automate workflows.
• Coordinate with tech and vendors on integrations and upgrades.
• Lead UAT for system improvements and new functionality.
