Job summary

JCTM seeks a Financial Economic Analyst to support IOD financial and economic analysis, forecasting, and decision-support activities. The role emphasizes quantitative and qualitative evaluation, benchmarking, and performance-measure insights across government projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial and/or economic analysis.
• Experience supporting analytical activities: quantitative or qualitative evaluation, forecasting, risk assessment, performance analysis, research or benchmarking.
• Ability to contribute to analytical and decision-support products.

Responsibilities

• Support financial and economic analysis for DHS/CISA stakeholders.
• Support quantitative and qualitative evaluation and forecasting.
• Assist in risk assessments and performance analysis.
• Conduct or support research and benchmarking activities.
• Contribute to performance measures, KPIs, and KRIs.
• Help prepare management reports, dashboards, memos and white papers.

As a Financial Economic Analyst with JCTM, you will contribute to the financial-analysis, economic-analysis, performance-assessment, research, forecasting, and decision-support activities identified by the Government.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial and economic analysis for IOD stakeholders.
• Support quantitative and qualitative evaluation.
• Support forecast modeling, risk assessments, and organizational performance assessment.
• Conduct or support research and benchmarking.
• Support performance measures, key performance indicators, and key risk indicators.
• Support preparation of management reports, executive dashboards, presentations, memoranda, white papers, and other analytical products.
• Communicate analytical findings in support of Government decision-making.
