State of Vermont's Agency of Human Services seeks a Financial Director to oversee Medicaid financial operations in a complex, multi‑agency environment from our Waterbury location. The role requires strong budgeting, forecasting, and compliance management for the Global Commitment to Health program.
The position supervises a team of 3 Financial Managers and collaborates with federal partners, actuaries, and state agencies to align payment methodologies and reporting with federal requirements.
The Agency of Human Services Medicaid Financial Director provides strategic financial oversight of Vermont's Medicaid program, including the Global Commitment to Health Waiver and major Healthcare IT Advanced Planning Documents.
