Job summary

Villa Madonna Academy seeks a mission-centered Finance Director to lead the Business Office and steward an approximately $6 million annual budget. Located on a scenic campus in Villa Hills, KY, the private Catholic Benedictine school requires a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of financial leadership experience.

Ideal candidates will have budgeting, reporting, controls expertise, strong communication, and alignment with Benedictine values; CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Oversee budgeting, accounting, reporting, tuition and financial aid, contracts and compliance, risk management, capital planning, and strategic financial guidance.

Ideal candidate

• Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of progressive financial leadership, strong budgeting and controls expertise, clear communication skills, and alignment with Catholic Benedictine values; CPA preferred.

Position details

• Full-time, on-site at least three days per week, salary of $60,000–$70,000, with immediate starting date

Growth Potential

• This role may develop into a COO position.
