Job summary

GLC Group in Boca Raton is seeking a data and BI professional to collaborate with multiple business units to capture data and ensure integrity. You will analyze current deal flow and plan enterprise BI solutions to transform complex data into meaningful insights.

You will support monthly and quarterly executive reporting, work with business customers to leverage BI for strategies, and uphold data governance across systems of record while contributing to standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science or related field.
• Experience collaborating with executives, data analysts, software engineers and vendors.
• Analytical, creative, and innovative problem solving with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to align on data standards and BI decisions.
• Solid understanding of BI and analytics best practices and trends.
• Excellent analytical, business analysis and requirements gathering experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to capture data and ensure integrity.

• Plan and implement enterprise BI solutions transforming complex data into useful information.
• Develop monthly and quarterly reporting packages for executive leadership.
