Job summary

About the Job

Responsible for completion of standard operations processes related to consumer credit disputes, escalations and tax reporting. Key responsibilities include data entry, reporting data validation, case investigation, reconciliation requests, and client inquiry workflows. Job expectations include supporting standard transaction processing, reconciliation, and resolution of research requests to clients, consumer reporting agencies and taxing authorities, while following established written procedures under moderate supervision.

Consumer and Wealth Tax Operations

Responsible for the multiple tax related functions to support IRS and State regulatory required tax reporting, withholding payments, and cost basis updates, primarily on behalf of Wealth Management Investment and retirement accounts.

Financial Data and Reporting Operations Representative

Responsible for information reporting to the IRS for International and retirement accounts. Mandatory overtime is required during tax season, which is generally January-April. This may include up to 6 day work weeks and an additional 1-2 hours daily Monday-Friday or on bank holidays based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performs standard activities supporting credit disputes, escalations and tax reporting while following established written procedures and guidelines and ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Performs basic research, follow-up, and resolution of routine financial data research requests.
  • Reviews relevant documents and forms to identify and resolve issues.
  • Validates financial data and reports against system of record.
  • Identifies potential issues in daily operational tasks and escalates risk concerns, as appropriate.
  • Provides quality service and support to internal partners and external clients.
Required Skills
  • Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office applications and especially Excel.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Excellent organization skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple job related duties efficiently while exercising sound judgment to ensure SLA, strict deadlines and business KPIs are met.
  • Proven history of effective ownership and accuracy.
  • Possess the ability to work independently while effectively managing and finding resolution to complex situations.
  • Communicate effectively including excellent listening skills and professional phone/email etiquette.
  • Exhibit professionalism in all situations.

Shift, Hours, Location and Pay

Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)

Hours Per Week: 40

Location: US - NJ - Pennington - 1500 American Blvd - Hopewell Bldg 5 (NJ2150)

Pay range $25.00 - $28.83 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Predictable pay. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
