Job summary

Pathward is seeking a Financial Crimes Analyst to analyze and investigate customer and transactional data to identify suspicious activity. You will file SARs and CTRs with regulatory agencies for escalated activity and work with internal teams, external partners, and law enforcement as needed.

The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage daily workload, and effective written and verbal communication. A high school diploma and ongoing organization are expected.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and investigates customer and transactional data and activity to identify and confirm suspicious activity.
• Files SARs & CTRs with regulatory agencies for activity that has been escalated by internal teams, external partners and third parties including Law Enforcement.
• Maintains service levels with workload in accordance to policies, procedures and compliance standards.
• Answers inbound and outbound calls to provide servicing for monitoring strategies and customer inquiries.
• Maintains standards of Production, Quality and Leadership results for workstreams assigned.
• Other duties as assigned.
