Job summary

Pathward, N.A. is seeking an analyst to investigate customer and transactional activity to identify and confirm suspicious activity.

This role involves filing SARs and CTRs with regulators for escalated activity across multiple banking products and systems. The candidate will handle a variety of tasks, maintain production and quality standards, and support monitoring strategies while communicating effectively with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically less than one year of related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and investigates customer and transactional data to identify and confirm suspicious activity.
• Files SARs & CTRs with regulatory agencies for activity escalated by internal teams and external partners.
• Maintains service levels with workload in line with policies and compliance standards.
• Answers inbound and outbound calls to provide servicing for monitoring strategies and customer inquiries.
• Maintains standards of Production, Quality and Leadership results for assigned workstreams.
• Other duties as assigned.
