Job summary

Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a Financial Counselor to provide insurance and financial counseling to organ transplant candidates, donors, recipients and families, helping them understand financial responsibilities and access available resources.

The role coordinates with multiple facilities in the southeast region to ensure smooth financial processes and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Finance or related field required.
• In lieu of degree 3 years of experience in hospital admissions, hospital business office or health insurance will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement below.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
• 3 years experience in hospital admissions, hospital business office or health insurance Required or
• In lieu of degree a total of six (6) years of work experience. Required
