If you're a healthcare leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and making a meaningful difference in patients' lives, we'd love to meet you.

Based on the needs of the business, this role follows a hybrid work structure, spending approximately three days per week onsite supporting multiple hospital locations and two days per week working remotely.

  • Support patients and families with Medicaid, charity care, and other financial assistance programs.
  • Ensure team members accurately screen patients and identify available funding resources.

  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting.
  • Manage staffing schedules, attendance, timecards, coverage planning, and workload distribution.
  • Conduct root‑cause analysis of performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
  • Ensure work is completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with established standards.

  • Serve as a key liaison between Financial Counseling, Case Management, Clinical Teams, Medicaid Vendors, and community agencies.
  • Build strong relationships with client leadership and internal partners.
  • Support escalated patient concerns and complex account situations.
