Job Description:
Financial Coordinator – Part-time

Contract-to-Hire: 6 Months
Hybrid: Wed & 1/2 day Fri remote
Local Candidates Only
Richmond, VA

Responsibilities:
  • Work 20 hours per week to support financial operations.

  • Manage invoicing, bill payments, and cash flow processes efficiently.

  • Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions.

  • Utilize QuickBooks, Dext, Bill.com, or similar financial software for bookkeeping and transaction processing.

  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products for financial analysis and reporting.

  • Bring 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping roles.

  • Experience working in a small agency or business environment is a plus.
