We are seeking a Financial Coordinator I to join our Revenue Operations team in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. In this customer-facing role, you will serve as an important liaison between patients and internal partners, helping manage insurance benefit verification, financial communication, and other key activities that support patient onboarding and ongoing treatment.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Manager/Supervisor, Financial Coordination. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to communicate sensitive financial information in a respectful and reassuring way.
You are a thoughtful, service-oriented professional who understands that financial and insurance conversations can be complex and personal. You communicate clearly, listen carefully, and remain calm when resolving challenging situations. You are comfortable balancing independent work with close collaboration and can organize multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
You bring a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the flexibility to learn new systems and processes. Most importantly, you approach every patient interaction with empathy and a commitment to delivering an exceptional experience.
This pay range, which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting is $24-26 per hour. This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant in addition to a full range of benefits. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
