They are comfortable working directly with patients and can navigate sensitive financial conversations with empathy and clarity, especially when discussing co‐pays, deductibles, and out‐of‐pocket costs. They will excel in a fast‐paced environment, demonstrate professionalism on the phone, and can manage a high volume of patient and customer calls with courtesy and confidence. Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies are essential. The ideal candidate is collaborative, dependable, and committed to supporting both patients and internal teams through clear communication and sound financial understanding. Knowledge of Dental surgery and terminology is a plus.
