Job summary

The Financial Coordinator (FC) supports the Pulmonary Vascular Disease (PVD) research program at Mass General Brigham, handling administrative, operational and financial activities. The FC reports to the Principal Investigator and Research Manager and collaborates with faculty, study teams, and external partners to advance research goals.

This onsite role with occasional remote time requires work from our Boston, MA office (15 Francis Street) and offers a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree Finance required or Associate's Degree Accounting required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study preferred
Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No
2-3 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, or related healthcare role

Responsibilities

Provide support for research operations, business administration and financial management of the PVD Research Program.
Collaborate with faculty, study team members, and external partners to advance research goals.
Report to the Principal Investigator and Research Manager and ensure accurate financial reporting.
