Shift: Flexible 1st shift 7 am to 5 pm

Job Summary:

Provides observations and interpretation of data, presenting findings to Leadership that tell the story behind the analysis. Responsibilities include monitoring initiative success, providing insights and recommendations, developing system enhancements for financial planning and analysis, acting as a business advisor, facilitating financial modeling for new strategies or reviews, and overseeing organizational processes and systems such as Long-range planning, Capital Planning, Budgeting, and financial analytics tools like Vizient. Additional duties as assigned.

Experience:

Five to seven years of finance experience in healthcare or a related field.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

Compensation, Benefits & Perks at Froedtert Health:

Expected pay ranges from $34.82 to $59.56 per hour, based on experience. Final salary discussed during the interview.
