Wu Orthodontics has an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:15-5:30, Thursday 9:15-6:30

Occasionally, travel to Sierra Madre and Claremont may be required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Submit initial insurance claims within 24 hours of the patient starting treatment.
  • Follow-up, track, and manage all insurance accounts receivables.
  • Verify insurance benefits before appointments.
  • Post payments daily.
  • Complete end-of-day and daily deposits.
  • Follow up on collections at 10 days past due.
  • Follow-up, track, and manage all patient accounts receivables.
  • Manage accounts payable: balance statements, invoices, payments.
  • Prepare reports for morning meetings; complete paperwork related to maintenance patients, terminations, insurance changes, family chats, and patients with special needs.
  • Support the Scheduling Coordinator with phones, greeting patients, and scheduling.
  • Assist the Treatment Coordinator and complete related paperwork.
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is preferred.
Schedule:

Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Every other Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
