Job summary

JCB North America in Pooler, GA is seeking a Finance Controller to lead management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and asset management for the manufacturing facility.

You will coordinate with internal and external auditors, drive cost analysis, product costing, and compliance for government/defense business, ensuring accurate financial statements. This is a full-time on-site role requiring CPA and 5+ years in manufacturing finance.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent professional qualification in accounting/finance.
• 5+ years of management reporting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Month end management reporting.
• Cash flow management and reporting.
• Fixed asset management.
• Prepare annual budget for the company.
• Prepare financial forecast and monitor budget expenditures.
• Compliance management for Govt and Defense business.
• Year end books closing activity.
• Product costing and warranty cost analysis.
• Project cost control and reporting.
• Inventory management and reporting.
• Intercompany balance monitoring and reconciliation.
• Liaise with external and internal auditors.
