Job Description

Key Position Responsibilities :

• Develop and present analyses of financial results and business activities including client program results.
• Support development of annual budget and operating plan.
• Maintain database of key operating, financial and client metrics.
• Support transaction processing for business operations including management of staff responsible for transaction processing

Essential Duties :

Knowledge Requirements :

Accounting and Financial Management – A solid working understanding of core accounting principles and financial measurement and management.

Analysis and Technology Tools – Advanced knowledge on analysis methods and applicable technology tools including Excel and basic data base applications to support business operations through financial and KPI measurement and management.

Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

HS Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred

Accounting / finance experience

KPI measurement and management experience

Strong interpersonal skills that allow for moving comfortably in a business environment and to interface with all levels of customer and staff.

Position is Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 a.m.-5 : 00 p.m.,withadditional hours, as needed.
