Job Description

Key Position Responsibilities :

  • Develop and present analyses of financial results and business activities including client program results.
  • Support development of annual budget and operating plan.
  • Maintain database of key operating, financial and client metrics.
  • Support transaction processing for business operations including management of staff responsible for transaction processing

Essential Duties :

  • Maintain confidentiality and impartiality in all aspects of work and adhere to all procedures established by Eurofins and its clients.
  • Applies good practices in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Demonstrates and promotes the company vision.
  • Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Knowledge Requirements :

  • Accounting and Financial Management – A solid working understanding of core accounting principles and financial measurement and management.
  • Analysis and Technology Tools – Advanced knowledge on analysis methods and applicable technology tools including Excel and basic data base applications to support business operations through financial and KPI measurement and management.
  • Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • Qualifications

  • HS Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Accounting / finance experience
  • KPI measurement and management experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills that allow for moving comfortably in a business environment and to interface with all levels of customer and staff.

    Position is Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 a.m.-5 : 00 p.m.,withadditional hours, as needed.
