GENERAL SUMMARY

The Financial Controller is responsible for the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting & planning, and internal controls. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the local entity and the parent company’s corporate finance organization, ensuring accurate and timely reporting in accordance with both US GAAP and IFRS requirements. The position requires experience operating within a multinational corporate structure, including familiarity with intercompany transactions, consolidated reporting timelines, and corporate-mandated controls frameworks. The Controller also supports corporate-led special projects, including due diligence and integration activity as directed by the corporate CFO.

Hybrid position. Office location is Washougal, Washington.

The Controller is reporting to the CFO of BTG Group (straight line) and to the Business Director of Capstone (dotted line).
