Qualifications

• Process and oversee weekly payroll operations.

• Participate in weekly production and operational review meetings.
• Develop and maintain job-level profitability and margin reporting.
• Analyze vendor spending and recommend cost-control opportunities.
• Review commission calculations and their impact on profitability.
• Support leadership with financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Help establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial discipline.

Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 annually, based on experience

Requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior accounting experience
• Construction, project-based, manufacturing, field service, or operational accounting experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of job costing, project profitability, and margin analysis
• Experience managing payroll and accounts receivable functions
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proven track record of implementing processes and improving financial controls
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, production, and leadership teams
• CPA or accounting degree preferred but not required based on relevant experience
