Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Roebuck, SC is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee the financial operations and control functions for a key product line. This role reports to the Plant Controller and will drive profitability through disciplined cost control and robust financial planning.

You will own the product line P&L, lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and produce financial reports. Prior manufacturing costing and inventory experience are required, with relocation flexibility to

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of finance or controlling experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, P&L management, forecasting, and manufacturing costing.
• Experience with inventory processes and accuracy in financial reporting.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of finance or controlling experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, P&L management, forecasting, and manufacturing costing.
• Experience with inventory processes and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate insights and partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to relocate to North Georgia when required after onboarding; initial assignment in Roebuck, SC with potential future relocation.

Pay - The pay range for this position is $91,086 - $123,318 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
