Dentons Bingham Greenebaum LLP seeks a senior finance leader to oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across the firm based in Indianapolis or Louisville.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred), 8+ years of progressive experience, leadership, strong GAAP knowledge, internal controls, and Excel proficiency; offers competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, and financial management
• Experience preparing financial statements, budgeting processes, and regulatory compliance
• At least 2 years of leadership experience managing a team
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance
• Proficiency with financial systems and Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate across all levels
• High integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage profitability and cost control.
• Ensure accurate processing of payroll, accounts payable, and benefits (401k).

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
• Monitor and manage the firm's financial performance, including profitability and cost control.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, accounts payable, and benefits (401k).

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, and financial management
• Demonstrated experience preparing financial statements, managing budgeting processes, and ensuring regulatory compliance
• At least 2 years of leadership experience managing and developing a team
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency with financial systems and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
• High degree of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment
