Job summary

DivIHN Integration Inc. is seeking a Keene Plant Controller to serve as the financial backbone for a ~$100M opto-mechanical defense and imaging manufacturing operation, owning the plant's financial integrity from the shop floor upward.

The role requires deep expertise in internal controls, cost accounting, and managerial accounting, with close collaboration with Operations to tie financial results to production metrics and to deliver audit-ready reporting and actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/Finance required or equivalent.
• Strong experience with SOX controls and internal controls in manufacturing.
• Fluent with ERP/MES systems and integrated financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrity of the plant's financials from the shop floor up.
• Lead cost accounting, standard costing, BOMs, work orders, and manufacturing variance analysis.
• Prepare audit-ready reporting and write decision-useful analysis for leadership.

Description:

• The Keene Plant Controller is the financial backbone of a ~$100M opto-mechanical defense and imaging manufacturing operation, owning the integrity of the plant's financials from the shop floor up.
• This hands-on role demands deep expertise in internal controls (SOX, inventory, and revenue-cycle safeguards over a large, WIP-heavy balance sheet), cost accounting (standard costing, BOMs, work orders, and manufacturing variance analysis), and managerial accounting (product-line and program margin analytics, absorption, and the monthly plant P&L, inventory, and capital forecast).
• The Controller partners directly with Operations to tie financial results to production performance—separating real cost improvements from mix—challenges assumptions unsupported by manufacturing data, and delivers audit-ready reporting and honest, decision-useful analysis to leadership.
• Client demonstrated track record building and enforcing rigorous internal controls, strong ERP/MES fluency, and the instinct to raise the hard question before a variance becomes a surprise.
