Yinlun TDI LLC is seeking an experienced Finance Controller to oversee financial operations, accounting activities, and financial reporting for U.S. operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, financial planning, and internal controls. You will partner with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or related environments.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, GL management, and month-end/year-end close.

• Oversee daily accounting operations including general ledger, AP/AR, and fixed assets.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to oversee financial operations, accounting activities, and financial reporting for our U.S. operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, financial planning, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. This position will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and effective financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management.
• Coordinate annual audits and maintain supporting financial documentation.
• Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to management.
• Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow.
• Develop and maintain financial KPIs to support business performance.
• Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, including inventory valuation, standard costing, and cost variance analysis.
• Monitor production costs, material costs, labor costs, and manufacturing overhead.
• Partner with operations, procurement, and supply chain teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support inventory reconciliation, physical inventory counts, and financial controls over inventory.
• Establish, maintain, and improve internal accounting policies, procedures, and financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other professional service providers.
• Identify financial risks and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements.
• Oversee cash management activities and banking relationships.
• Support financial planning related to capital expenditures and operational investments.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting and finance team members.
• Collaborate with management and operational departments to support financial and business objectives.
• Improve accounting workflows, ERP utilization, and financial reporting efficiency.
• Support financial integration and reporting coordination across U.S. and international operations as needed.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Professional Experience

• 8+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or related business environments.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, general ledger management, and month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Hands-on experience with cost accounting, inventory accounting, and financial analysis.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Houston, TX.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or CMA certification.
• Experience with SAP or other enterprise ERP systems.
• Experience supporting multi-entity or multinational organizations.
• Experience working with cross-border finance teams, particularly between the U.S., Mexico, and China.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
