Job summary

SAYN, a fast-moving beauty-focused e-commerce company, is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee day-to-day accounting, close cycles, and GAAP financial reporting from our in-office Coral Gables location. You will drive budgeting, cash flow management, audits, and internal controls to support scalable growth.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and at least 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with hands-on experience in NetSuite or QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, financial reporting, and budgeting expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP financial statements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, audits, tax compliance, internal controls, and improve accounting processes and systems.

The role we are currently hiring for is:

Financial Controller

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, and prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP financial statements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, audits, tax compliance, internal controls, and continuously improve accounting processes and financial systems
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required with 5+ years of progressive accounting experience and strong GAAP, financial reporting, audit, and budgeting expertise
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar) and a proven ability to improve accounting processes, streamline workflows, and support scalable business grow
