DFI Resources is seeking a senior accounting/finance leader to manage all accounting, finance, and payroll across the organization and related entities. You will ensure cash flow, maintain budgets, and deliver financial reports.
The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting with 5–7 years of experience in a finance function, strong real estate/operational accounting knowledge, and proficiency with Oracle ERP. Occasional travel and a central Austin location are expected.

Position Summary: Responsible for the management of all DFI Resources, LLC and related entity accounting, finance, and payroll related issues. This includes ensuring adequate cash flow, maintaining accounting systems/budgets, handling payroll, preparing financial reports, and ensuring financial accountability for DFI and the entities it manages.
