Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years accounting or industry experience.
• Experience with financial reporting and month end close responsibilities.
• Strong analytical skills to understand complex systems and GL interrelationships.
• Clear communicator with ability to build partnerships across business units.
• Growth mindset with willingness to learn and network.
• Attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies in data.
• Proficient desktop/spreadsheet/database skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure integrity and accuracy of financial data including income statement and balance sheet.
• Enhance control environment around financial reporting and simplify processes where possible.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives using Alteryx and related tools.
• Identify risks, elevate them quickly, and drive solutions for reliable reporting.
• Collaborate with Financial Controllers, Product Controllers, Legal Entity Controllers, and other partners.
• Engage in line-of-business initiatives to become the financial control SME and drive improvements.
