Qualifications
- Valid and active FINRA Series 7 license.
- FINRA Series 66 license and Life & Health Insurance required during tenure.
- CFP Certification is a plus (tuition reimbursement and CFP Cohort Program).
- Strong relationship-building and client development skills.
- Ability to explain investments and financial planning clearly.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deepen client relationships to grow your book of business.
- Provide holistic financial guidance across investing, retirement planning, education goals, banking and insurance.
- Collaborate with Schwab specialists and branch leadership to deliver comprehensive planning.
- Communicate clearly, empathetically, and in the client’s best interest.
