You’ll partner with Senior Financial Consultants to deliver client solutions, prepare for meetings, and collaborate across the branch and firm to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in client interactions, documentation, and operations.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Senior Financial Consultants and support their practice, client engagement, service, and business development
• Support delivery of client solutions aligned to financial goals
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and drive growth
• Prepare for and support client meetings, including documentation and follow-up
• Collaborate across the branch and firm to deliver seamless client experience
• Maintain accurate client information and support daily operations
