Financial Consultant Partner - Bellevue, WA

As a Financial Consultant Partner (FCP), you are in the heart of the action, acting as a trusted partner to our Sr. Financial Consultants (FC) and their practice clients. Through your developed expertise, you will deepen client relationships, uncover new business opportunities, and learn from your Sr. FC along the way. You’ll support the growth and management of an affluent wealth management practice, providing exceptional service, advice, and relationship management. If you are a licensed financial professional passionate about wealth management and eager to grow under the mentorship of a seasoned advisor, this could be the role for you.

What you have

Required Qualifications:

  • A valid and active Series 7 license is required (license may be obtained under a condition of employment through Branch Network Licensing Program).
  • A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license required (license(s) may be obtained under a condition of employment).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of Financial Services Industry Experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to identify and develop new client relationships.
  • Openness to build, refresh, and deliver financial plans in partnership with Sr. Financial Consultants.
  • Ability to understand and meet client needs, managing expectations effectively.
  • Ability to build and maintain cross-enterprise relationships.
  • Capability to become a Notary.
  • Experience updating and managing client information through Schwab’s CRM tool.
  • Openness to managing local events as needed.
