Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Licensing and FINRA registrations are preferred or may be pursued.

Responsibilities

• Establishes joint appointments with Financial Advisors and customers.
• Works with Financial Advisors on preparing and scheduling meetings.
• Assists in covering branches without a dedicated Financial Advisor.
• Responds to customer and Financial Advisors' requests.
• Updates customer information and completes training modules.
• Becomes familiar with investment products to meet customer needs.
• Demonstrates customer-focused partnership with branch staff.
