Job summary

Equitable Advisors is seeking a Financial Professional in TN (Nashville area) to build and manage client relationships and develop personalized financial strategies. You will engage clients through networking, assess risk tolerance, and recommend appropriate financial products with guidance from licensed professionals.

The role emphasizes in-office engagement, ongoing training through FINRA sponsorship, and a path toward professional designations while earning a stable base pay plus commissions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience.
Licensing required: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a client-first approach.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture client relationships through networking and portfolio management.
