Primary Function

Establish and strengthen member relationships, ensuring effective utilization of financial products and services offered by the Credit Union.

Secondary Function

Receive and process financial transactions for members in a professional manner, supporting the sales and service culture of the Credit Union.

Experience and Skills

Job Qualifications: (Ability)

• Ability to express oneself clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to present a professional and personable personality that communicates to members and visitors that the Credit Union is a professional financial institution.
• Ability to effectively engage members in cross-selling conversations.
• Ability to prioritize duties to devote attention to protecting the interests of the Credit Union and providing quality service to its members.

• Minimum of 6 months sales and customer service experience.
