Qualifications

• Associate (2-year) degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years relevant client-service experience.
• Experience in a client service environment.
• Detail oriented with strong math and analytical skills.
• Excellent organization and time management; capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and communicate across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisors in servicing clients, including preparing financial plans and processing trades.
• Schedule and summarize client meetings; maintain contact data and agendas.
• Prepare new business paperwork, obtain signatures, and track insurance applications.
• Coordinate marketing events and manage compliance documentation.
• Provide general administrative support and handle client communications.
