This job schedules all patients for procedures based on the modality, department, length of test, and day of week. It involves obtaining and verifying accurate identification and demographic data for the patient's medical record, assisting in accurate reimbursement, maintaining confidentiality of all patient information, pre-registering all scheduled procedures, and ensuring accurate billing through verification and/or authorization of all accounts. It also requires accurately entering technical terminology for each test.

Required - High School diploma or equivalent
Required - 1 year related hospital, clinic, medical office, business services/revenue cycle, front line registration, financial counseling, banking, hotel retail, or customer service experience.
