Fulton Bank is seeking a full-time Financial Center Associate for our North Atherton financial center in State College, PA. You’ll handle teller transactions, open accounts, and promote banking solutions while building lasting customer relationships.

The role emphasizes customer-centric conversations, sales referrals, and a strong focus on compliance and digital tools. Eligible benefits are offered under Fulton’s Total Rewards program, with a compensation range of $18.56–$29.38 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or sales experience.
• 6–12 months cash handling experience preferred.
• Must be available to work around branch operation hours (no Sundays).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through outbound and lobby engagement.
• Utilize the CRM system to foster relationship building conversations and onboarding of new customers.
• Open new accounts, perform customer maintenance requests, and support operational activities.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and Fulton policies while applying sound judgment.
• Leverage digital solutions and technology to support customers.
