As a Financial Center Manager (FCM), you will be responsible for leading a team to meet the financial needs of customers through a valued consultative approach while providing exceptional customer service. The FCM is accountable to achieve defined financial metrics of revenue, loan and deposit growth by recruiting and developing associates to surpass their performance objectives.
As the FCM, you are responsible to be involved within the community, help drive business development, expense management and oversee the operational soundness of the banking center.

HS Diploma/GED and BS/BA degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Two to four years management experience

Computer Skills MS Office programs Understand and utilize social media platforms to help share brand awareness and obtain market knowledge
Occasional travel for meetings, training, bank conversion and acquisition support (sporadic and minimal overnight and/or out of town) Ability to provide support and guidance at other banking institutions within the market
