Financial Center Manager/Branch Manager – Take Charge, Drive Results, Lead the Future (Multiple Locations)

Join us as a Financial Center Manager/Branch Manager at LGE Community Credit Union. This role is about ownership—over member relationships, financial performance, operations, risk mitigation, people management, regulatory compliance, business growth, and community impact.

As a leader, you'll foster a high-performance culture where employees excel, service is exceptional, operations are seamless, and risks are managed effectively. Master our products, outmaneuver competitors, and excel in member and colleague interactions. Success will be measured by member loyalty, revenue growth, team engagement, and membership increase, all within banking regulations.

This position is Monday through Friday—no weekends. If you're results-driven and eager to lead, this is your opportunity.
