Position Summary

The Financial Center Manager will participate in a comprehensive onboarding and education program, including rotations in Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, and Management. This program prepares candidates for a Financial Center Manager role, which will be based in a Financial Center upon successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Complete the FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities, including a Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
• Deepen customer relationships by providing excellent service and solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of Fifth Third's products, services, and internal resources.
• Proactively identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Develop and implement a book of business strategy with a focus on Financial Needs Assessments.
• Source, develop, coach, and lead a team aligned with core values and strategies.
• Foster a One Bank culture through collaboration with partners.
• Participate in community service activities.
• Adhere to the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Assist in providing feedback, developing employees, and recognizing achievements to foster growth.

Qualifications

• College degree or 2+ years leadership in sales.
