Financial Center Consultant I (Part-time Teller) - Arlington

EECU is seeking a Part-time Financial Center Consultant I (Teller) for our Arlington location. The role involves creating energy and excitement around EECU products and services, providing the right solutions for our members.

As a Financial Center Consultant I, you will support our members through teller transactions and guidance on products and services, aiming to develop sincere relationships and create lifelong members.

Key Qualifications:
  • Ability to deliver excellent member experiences through personal interaction.
  • Consistently exceeding sales goals by providing comprehensive service and sales experiences.
  • Performing teller functions such as deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and resolving operational issues.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives within the branch.
  • Building rapport and providing excellent service to members.
  • Lobby coverage including greeting members, answering calls, and directing members appropriately.
  • Evaluating credit history in compliance with applicable law; background checks including employment, criminal, and drug screening are required.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail or financial environments emphasizing service and rapport building.
  • Cash handling experience with ability to balance accurately.
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Approachable, empathetic listener with problem-solving skills.
  • Computer literacy, solid math, and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Availability during hours of 7:30am-6:15pm Monday-Friday and 8:30am-1:30pm Saturdays.
