Job summary

The role emphasizes outbound outreach, deepening client relationships, and delivering accurate, compliant service across both individual and small business clients. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, client-centric mindset and ability to identify solutions.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information, technology platforms and processes.

Responsibilities

• Partners with teams to provide financial center clients with consumer and small business solutions and strategies.
• Educates and trains clients on simple transactions through self-service technologies.
• Leverages resources and processes to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence and accuracy.
• Adheres to established processes, laws and guidelines in day-to-day activities such as opening accounts and maintenance.
• Manages client interactions by taking the best action for the bank and its clients while complying with regulations.
