Northwest Bank Jersey Shore is seeking a Financial Center Banker to provide consultative financial options and grow the Northwest relationship with customers. You will open accounts, assess needs, and connect clients to experts to help meet their goals, while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will develop in-depth knowledge of Northwest products, follow banking regulations, and participate in teamwork to maintain operational accuracy and security.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Work Experience: 1 year banking and/or retail experience preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Customer Service experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction, product sales, and financial wellness conversations.
• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments for customers to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures, and maintain branch security.
