Holland & Knight in Tampa, FL is seeking a Financial BI Senior Developer to design, develop and maintain BI reports using SSRS and SQL Server. The role includes data querying, cleansing, and supporting BI infrastructure for Attorney Practices.

The candidate will build dashboards, optimize data quality, and mentor junior BI developers while delivering actionable insights to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field
• 7–10 years of experience with SQL Server development (database design, stored procedures, triggers, etc.), SSRS, Transact-SQL, ETL, Data Warehousing and Data Marts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite / Microsoft 365

The role is also involved in querying, cleansing, troubleshooting, and migrating data.
