Rise North Capital in Massachusetts is hiring an entry-level Financial Associate to help individuals, families, and businesses reach their financial goals through guided planning, insurance, asset accumulation, and retirement solutions.

We provide training, mentorship, and career-long support to build a successful financial services career with licensing sponsorship and leadership development opportunities. In-person work is based in South Hadley, with additional offices in Nashua and Braintree.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident/Green Card holder.
• Background in Finance or Financial Services is NOT required for this entry level opportunity.
• No prior finance experience required for entry-level Financial Associate role.

Responsibilities

• Attend virtual or in-person trainings to enhance financial expertise.
• Collaborate with coaches and other team members on client cases.
• Develop client relationships and provide tailored financial strategies.
• Offer solutions in insurance, asset accumulation, and retirement planning.
• Utilize marketing tools and resources to grow your client base.
• Ensure compliance with financial industry standards and licensing requirements.
