Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities is seeking an experienced Financial Associate to join our Fiscal team. In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting and customer service duties that are essential to the smooth functioning of our organization. The Division of Fiscal Management oversees the financial resources of the agency in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies. This includes budget planning, revenue forecasting, expenditure monitoring, and financial reporting. Fiscal staff are responsible for ensuring transparency, accountability, and efficiency in the use of public funds, as well as identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation. They may also be involved in long-term financial planning and analysis to support the agency's mission and objectives.
Starting salary will be step 1, subject to law or union contract requirements. New hires advance to the next step in the range after 6 months and annually thereafter. There are cost of living increases to these rates each year and additional longevity supplements begin after 5 years. The current wage progression for this position is in the table below.

Our roles are primarily in-office to encourage collaboration and connection, however some locations may have adjusted on-site requirements based on space availability at this time.
