New York City Public Schools is seeking a Financial Application Support Associate to assist in vendor onboarding, SOPM rule communication, and navigation of multiple financial systems for DOE staff and vendors.
The role supports audits, user training, and UAT for enhancements, coordinating portal access and ensuring a seamless user experience across ShopNYCPS, FAMIS, Galaxy, and related tools.
Under general supervision, with latitude for independent initiative and judgment, the Financial Application Support Associate provides support in the navigation and utilization of financial applications and the communication of related procedures. Such financial applications support work completed by employees in schools, central offices, charter and non-public schools, and vendors. Performs related work.

$51,094 - $56,203 (Incumbent - 2 years of full-time continuous City service)
